During this unprecedented time we are going through with COVID 19 our staff wanted to play a larger part in helping Ireland’s effort to reduce the spread of dangerous germs by producing alcohol sanitiser which goes beyond simple soap substitutes.
As the crisis unfolded it became apparent there would be increasing demand for wholesale hand sanitiser as hand washing became more important and bottles of sanitiser became scarce.
Being a gin distillery we already had the equipment and ingredients to turn our production over to hand sanitizer for consumption from our own alcohol supply. We wanted to use our skills in order to help the health service by producing enough pump action liquid dispensers to make a real difference and fast.
Our antibacterial hand sanitiser contains the recommended alcohol content in order to kill germs/bacteria where soap and water are not easy to access, such as in a healthcare setting. It is in this scenario where access to instant hand sanitiser between patients is vital.
We are aware of the simple act of you washing your hands can help massively towards how we prevent the spread and kill germs.
Our team will be offering batches of hand sanitiser to the public weekly so check the main product catalogue but we felt the need to allow a better option for wholesale hand sanitiser in our hospitals and care homes first.

Delighted with this hand sanitizer, it is the liquid form but in my opinion it is better than the gel version because it dries quicker when you rub it in so it is actually kinder on your hands than the gel version which stays on your hands longer, the sanitizer also is scented which is nice, excellent service from Mor Irish gin, I am more than happy with my purchase,
